Terms and Conditions for Membership

1. Membership Enrolment
1.1. By enrolling in THE BREWERY & GRILL Membership Program (“Membership”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2. Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and over.
1.3. Membership is limited to three hundred patrons on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.4. The annual membership fee is R395.00, payable upon registration. This fee is non-refundable.

2. Membership Benefits
2.1. Members are entitled to a 10% discount on all purchases at THE BREWERY & GRILL, by filling out membership details and signing the bill.
2.2. Upon joining, members will receive complimentary branded merchandise or a R100 food and beverage (F&B) voucher.
2.3. Members have access to exclusive events, including but not limited to butcher classes, wine or beer tastings, meet-the-brewer evenings, and cooking classes.
2.4. Members will receive personalized table settings and exclusive promotions throughout the year.
2.5. Benefits are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at the discretion of THE BREWERY & GRILL.
2.6. Benefits do not apply to discounted items, specials, or takeaways.

 3. Referral Program
3.1. Members can earn a R100 reward for each new member they refer who successfully joins the Membership.
3.2. The referred member must indicate the referrer’s name at the time of registration.
3.3. The referral reward will be credited to the referrer’s account within 30 days of the new member’s successful registration.
3.4. There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make.

4. Membership Validity and Renewal
4.1. Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation.
4.2. Members will be notified of their renewal date 30 days prior to the expiration of their current membership.
4.3. Membership can be renewed annually for R395.00.
4.4. If membership is not renewed within 30 days of the expiration date, all membership benefits will be forfeited.

5. Membership Cancellation
5.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to THE BREWERY & GRILL.
5.2. No refunds will be provided for any portion of the membership fee upon cancellation.

6. General Conditions
6.1. Membership and its benefits are non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person.
6.2. THE BREWERY & GRILL reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice if a member violates these terms and conditions.
6.3. THE BREWERY & GRILL reserves the right to modify or terminate the Membership Program and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.4. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be posted on THE BREWERY & GRILL’s website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

 7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. THE BREWERY & GRILL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay in or failure to perform any obligation to the member where such delay or failure results from events beyond the reasonable control of THE BREWERY & GRILL.

7.2. THE BREWERY & GRILL’s total liability to a member in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Membership shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the annual membership fee.

By joining the Membership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
