Terms & Conditions

By dining at or purchasing from THE BREWERY & GRILL, Hemel-en-Aarde, Hermanus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Seating
• Reservations are recommended but not required. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability.
• A deposit may be required for group bookings or special events.
• Reserved tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the booking time.

2. Food & Beverage
• All menu prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately.
• No outside food or beverages are allowed unless previously authorised by management.
• We comply with responsible service of alcohol laws; valid identification may be required.
• Leftovers from promotions, specials, and meal deals may not be taken away. No doggy bags are permitted for these offers.

3. Raw Weight & Portion Sizes
• All weights listed on our menu refer to raw portions; final cooked weight may vary.
• Items sold at market price, such as seafood or speciality cuts, are priced per raw weight before cooking.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
• While we take precautions to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
• Guests with severe allergies should inform staff before ordering.

5. Promotions & Discounts
• Discounts, promotions, and special offers are subject to availability and cannot be combined.
• All promotions are non-transferable and apply to the intended recipient only.
• Promotions, specials, and meal deals apply per person and cannot be split or shared among multiple guests; they apply to dine-in customers only.
• Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time.

6. Payment & Refunds
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
• A service charge may apply to large groups or special events.
• Refunds are issued at management’s discretion; complaints must be reported immediately.

7. Event Bookings & Private Functions
• A deposit may be required to secure event bookings.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the event.

8. Conduct & Liability
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other patrons.
• THE BREWERY & GRILL is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
• Any damages caused to the property will be charged to the responsible party.

9. Intellectual Property & Media
• Images, logos, and branding of THE BREWERY & GRILL may not be used without permission.
• By entering the premises, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

10. Amendments to Terms
• THE BREWERY & GRILL reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
• The latest version will always be available on our website.
